If you have a trip to Nashville planned in the future, this is GREAT news for you. Put this on your to do list now that the grand opening of Blake Shelton’s Nashville location of his Old Red dining and entertainment complex has been announced! It will take place during this year’s CMA Music Fest, which always has the city packed with country music fans. On June 6, Shelton will unveil the Lower Broadway venue with a “Blake Shelton and Friends” concert. While the show won’t be open to the public, fans can go online to win tickets. “Lower Broadway is the centerpiece of Nashville,” Shelton said in a statement. “There’s so much great music and fun going on down there all the time and it’s exciting to now be a part of it—it’s a dream come true.” The Lower Broadway space is the second Old Red location; last year, Shelton debuted the first Ole Red in his hometown of Tishomingo, Oklahoma. A third location is expected to open next year in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
